By booking and entering the FecskeLak property, guests accept the rules listed in this House Rules document. These rules ensure a safe, peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests.

2. Arrival and Departure

Check‑in: 14:00–18:00 (pre‑arranged time)
Check‑out: until 10:00

3. VIZA System – Mandatory Registration

Upon arrival, guests must present their ID for scanning in the VENDÉGEM system. Only registered guests may stay at the accommodation.

4. Payment

50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining amount must be paid before or upon arrival (bank transfer, SZÉP card, cash). Post‑payment is not possible.

5. Damages and Liability

No deposit is required, but guests must compensate for any damage caused. Lost key fee: 30 000 HUF. Irreparable textile damage may incur additional charges.

6. Reporting Issues

Please report any malfunction immediately. Guests are fully responsible for damages caused by improper use.

7. Smoking and Fire Safety

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Smoking fee: 60 000 HUF.
• Open fire is allowed only in designated areas.
• Fireworks and pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden.

8. Parking

Free, closed, covered parking is available. The accommodation is not responsible for damages to vehicles.

9. Transfer Service

Transfer is available upon request for an additional fee.

10. Heating

Heating is provided by air conditioners and heating panels, adjustable by guests.

11. Cleaning

The apartment is handed over clean. For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning and linen change are included.

12. Furniture and Equipment

Indoor furniture must not be taken outside.

13. Noise Policy

• No loud noise, music or parties after 22:00.
• Please respect the peace of the neighborhood.
• In case of disturbance, the operator may ask guests to leave without refund.

14. Pets

Pets are allowed at the guest’s own responsibility. A lockable outdoor kennel is available.

15. Valuables

The accommodation is not responsible for lost valuables. Found items are kept for 7 days.

16. Force Majeure

In case of natural disaster, power outage or other unavoidable events, the operator is exempt from liability.

17. Camera System

• Outdoor cameras: street front, entrance, parking.
• Technical room camera for equipment protection.
• No cameras indoors or in wellness areas.
• Footage retention: max. 72 hours.

18. Wellness Rules

Sauna

• Use at your own risk.
• Not recommended for guests with health issues.
• Only designated sauna water may be used.
• Do not pour oils, alcohol or flammable liquids on the heater.

Jacuzzi

• Use at your own risk.
• No food, drinks, glass or cosmetics allowed.
• No soap, bath foam, oils or additives may be used.
• Water change fee for improper use: 25 000 HUF.

Violation of the House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
