Upon arrival, guests must present their ID for scanning in the VENDÉGEM system. Only registered guests may stay at the accommodation.
50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining amount must be paid before or upon arrival (bank transfer, SZÉP card, cash). Post‑payment is not possible.
No deposit is required, but guests must compensate for any damage caused. Lost key fee: 30 000 HUF. Irreparable textile damage may incur additional charges.
Please report any malfunction immediately. Guests are fully responsible for damages caused by improper use.
Free, closed, covered parking is available. The accommodation is not responsible for damages to vehicles.
Transfer is available upon request for an additional fee.
Heating is provided by air conditioners and heating panels, adjustable by guests.
The apartment is handed over clean. For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning and linen change are included.
Indoor furniture must not be taken outside.
Pets are allowed at the guest’s own responsibility. A lockable outdoor kennel is available.
The accommodation is not responsible for lost valuables. Found items are kept for 7 days.
In case of natural disaster, power outage or other unavoidable events, the operator is exempt from liability.
Violation of the House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
