These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the FecskeLak accommodation and all related services. By submitting a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of Service
FecskeLak provides short‑term accommodation services for private individuals. The service includes the use of the cabin and all basic amenities as described on the website.
3. Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via online form, email, or phone.
- A booking becomes valid only after written confirmation.
- The guest must provide accurate personal information.
- The Service Provider may decline a booking for justified reasons.
4. Payment Terms
The accommodation fee can be paid by:
- cash upon arrival,
- bank transfer in advance,
- bank card (if available),
- SZÉP card (if available).
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- Within 7 days: 50% of the booking fee is charged.
- No‑show: 100% of the booking fee is charged.
6. Check‑in and Check‑out
Check‑in: 14:00–18:00
Check‑out: until 10:00
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Use the accommodation respectfully.
- Compensate for any damage caused.
- Follow the House Rules.
- No illegal activities allowed.
8. Service Provider Liability
- Not responsible for lost valuables.
- May refuse service if rules are violated.
- Force majeure exempts liability.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed only for booking and legal compliance. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be resolved amicably. If not possible, Hungarian law applies.
